Position: Membership Services Account Executive Role
Elevate membership interactions as a Membership Services Account Executive at True North Sports + Entertainment. Serve Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose Season Ticket Members with unmatched support.

You will act as the trusted point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of Season Ticket Members.

Your role involves resolving member inquiries and fostering long-term relationships through proactive communication. Manage a high volume of interactions while ensuring every member receives exceptional service, especially during home games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for Season Ticket Members

• Address a variety of member inquiries promptly

• Build strong relationships through regular communication

• Maintain records and document interactions in CRM

• Assist members during home game events as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or related fields

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to manage high interaction volumes efficiently

• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
