In this full-time position within the Client Sales Support Team, your knowledge of cash management products will assist in addressing client needs and inquiries. You'll take a proactive approach in streamlining onboarding processes and touching base with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a main contact for client support inquiries
• Manage changes to account details efficiently
• Track and update progress of client requests
• Identify and promote cross-sell options with team
• Gather crucial onboarding information promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar field
• Familiarity with cash management products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
