Take charge of customer relationships at Standard Aero as an Aviation Customer Account Specialist in Winnipeg, MB. Be at the forefront of operational coordination and high-level customer service excellence.
Your primary role is to act as the liaison between customers and various internal departments. You will handle account management, support logistical needs, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for account support
- Review contracts and orders for compliance
- Monitor project timelines and risks
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years in customer account management or similar role
- Experience managing 100+ customer transactions monthly
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
