As a Service Advisor for Premier Truck Group, you will interact with customers both in-person and over the phone. Your role will include setting appointments, reviewing service needs, and managing vehicle service documentation. The position emphasizes teamwork, exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers in person and via phone
- Set appointments and address inquiries efficiently
- Walk customers through vehicle assessments
- Review completed assessments with clients for approval
- Handle warranties and manage payment information
- High school diploma or GED required
- Relevant education, training, or experience
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail in documentation
- Available Mon-Fri from 9am-5:30pm
