Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, you will be central to achieving high levels of customer contentment. Utilize technology to provide customers with clear insights into vehicle repairs while ensuring timely and organized scheduling. Your attention to detail and capacity to nurture customer relationships will be vital to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently schedule service appointments
• Communicate repair needs and timelines to customers
• Engage with customers using leading technological tools
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Enhance customer satisfaction through relationship building
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Works well in a team-oriented environment
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle for travel
