In this pivotal role, you will report to the Manager, Customer Services, and oversee daily Service Centre operations. Your leadership will guide compliance and staff development initiatives, empowering teams to meet service excellence standards. Collaboration with various Facilities teams will be essential to improve workflow and uplift the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations at the Facilities Service Centre
• Analyze service metrics to drive improvements
• Mentor and coach Service Centre staff effectively
• Provide training on service standards and compliance rules
• Create performance reports to track service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of two years’ customer service experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in training and skill development
• Commitment to equity and inclusion principles
