Position:
Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.

Location

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

Salary

Annual salary: $48,000 plus commission and vehicle allowance.

Responsibilities
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customers.
  • Follow up to resolve any issues impacting the customer’s experience.
Required Experience
  • Sales/Marketing certificate, diploma, degree, etc.
  • Related experience (asset).
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software.
  • Solid knowledge of equipment systems and repairs.
  • Good communication skills with peers and supervisors.
  • Committed to continuous learning.
  • Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers.
  • Health & Safety knowledge – OH&S rules and regulations guidelines.

  • Adopt our "Service First" philosophy to support external and internal customers with exceptional solutions.
  • Work safely and follow all safety programs and procedures at all times.
  • Bring certifications within Marketing/Sales and apply them at Nors.
  • Maintain composure under pressure while focusing on quality service; be prepared for fast pace and overtime, and take vacation time as needed.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their equipment and business to provide information and solutions.
  • Report customer satisfaction, trends, and leads for equipment sales to the appropriate teams.
  • Mentor apprentice technicians, perform competence analyses, and provide on‑the‑job training.
  • Stay organized, ensuring you are prepared with information, parts, and tooling before attending a worksite.
