Marina Attendant

The Marina Attendand is responsible for delivering a high level of guest service while supporting daily operation of both marina and accommodation services. As a primary point of contact, this role ensures guests receive a positive and professional experience from arrival to departure while contributing to a safe, and well-maintained property while supporting administrative processes and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.

• Deliver guest service function in a professional and courteous manner
• Process moorage and accommodation reservations accurately
• Handle all payment transactions (cash, debit, credit) in accordance with company standards
• Ensure all moorage accounts are invoiced correctly and remain current
• Verify compliance with moorage agreements, including liability insurance requirements
• Monitor docks, marina areas and parking facility for safety and order

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or similar experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency (reservation system and standard software)
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
