Drive customer engagement and satisfaction as a Customer Service Representative focused on sales. Process orders accurately and support clients effectively to ensure service excellence.
In this role, you will report to the Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager. You will be integral to the daily operations within the Sales Team, managing order entry and responding to customer queries. Collaborating with Operations, you will ensure timely fulfillment of orders, contributing to overall customer pleasure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster robust working relationships with customers
• Accurately handle order entry and verification
• Support Operations with Stocking Programs
• Expedite orders promptly with internal suppliers
• Provide concise updates on orders and pricing
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Effective time management and organization abilities
• Empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Knowledge of technical measurements is advantageous
