Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline service to all customers
• Guide clients through repair and claim processes
• Update customers on vehicle repair timelines
• Ensure documentation is precise for claims with insurers
• Walk customers through vehicle repairs upon delivery
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• 2+ years in customer service is advantageous
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of MPI procedures is beneficial
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive a manual vehicle
