Your role will be pivotal in supporting Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose Season Ticket Members through personalized service.
This role revolves around high-volume customer interactions where your communication skills will shine. You will resolve queries about tickets and account management while fostering solid relationships with members. The supportive team environment will empower you to provide exceptional service and positively impact member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Respond efficiently to member inquiries on various topics
• Build relationships through regular outreach and communication
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions
• Provide assistance during game events as required
Requirements:
• Previous work experience in customer service or account management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience handling high call volumes
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
