Deliver exceptional customer support as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at Essilor Luxottica Canada. Handle inquiries, process orders, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication.
In this role, you will engage with 50-100 customers daily, addressing complex inquiries and providing price quotes. Your responsibilities include order processing, adjustments, and resolving technical questions. A commitment to high-quality service and adherence to company policies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via phone and email daily
• Process orders, adjustments, and cancellations promptly
• Resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain productive communication with internal teams
• Investigate shipping and delivery concerns with diligence
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math proficiency and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
