Our client, a leading organization in customer service and support, is seeking a Team Lead French Bilingual Client Service Agent to join their team.

Location:
Nearby King Edward Winnipeg, MB (100% onsite)
Pay Range: $21.50 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm CST

What's the Job?
- Supervise and monitor call traffic to ensure efficient customer service delivery
- Train, coach, and onboard team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Manage daily operations by delegating tasks and prioritizing projects
- Provide feedback and support to associates through one-on-one and group sessions
- Analyze quality reports and recommend improvements to maintain high standards
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written)
- Willing to complete English and French assessment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a call center or related environment
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interpret KPIs and relate findings to qualitative performance
