Our client, a leading organization in customer service and support, is seeking a Team Lead French Bilingual Client Service Agent to join their team.

Job Title: Team Lead French Bilingual Client Service Agent

Location:
Nearby King Edward Winnipeg, MB (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $21.50 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm CST

What's the Job?

• Supervise and monitor call traffic to ensure efficient customer service delivery
• Train, coach, and onboard team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Manage daily operations by delegating tasks and prioritizing projects
• Provide feedback and support to associates through one-on-one and group sessions
• Analyze quality reports and recommend improvements to maintain high standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written)
• Willing to complete English and French assessment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a call center or related environment
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to interpret KPIs and relate findings to qualitative performance
