As a key player within Northview's Residential team, you will be responsible for building relationships with residents and handling inquiries efficiently.
Your role is focused on setting high service standards, ensuring a seamless living experience that retains existing residents. In addition to daily interactions, you will handle report generation and oversee resident communication supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish high customer service standards for resident interactions
• Manage resident inquiries, calls, and emails promptly
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results
• Maintain and update the resident database (Yardi)
• Assist in lease renewals and adjust market rents as needed
Requirements:
• Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
• Proven conflict resolution experience
• Previous customer service experience required
• Valid driver’s license mandatory
• Willingness to work irregular hours
