As a Customer Service Representative at Cloverdale Paint, you’ll engage with customers and provide expert product recommendations.

Your role will involve answering inquiries, tinting and shaking paint, and managing sales through our POS system. Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative setting and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone

• Recommend products to meet customer project needs

• Tint and shake paint accurately per specifications

• Operate POS system and manage sales transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or paint industry experience

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly

• Proficient communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
