Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Coordinate appointments and schedules between customers and external vendors
Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience at every interaction
Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, positive, and customer‑focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate several computer programs simultaneously
Strong conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities
Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging customer situations with professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Experience or knowledge of residential construction is considered an asset but is not required
