We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service Advisor to support the efficient receipt, processing, and return of goods brought in for repair, maintenance, or upgrade. This role plays a critical part in creating a professional and friendly environment while ensuring smooth operations within our Service Department.

What you will be doing:
Receive all incoming items for repair or service, accurately record customer information and concerns, and clearly explain service processes.Open, manage, and close work orders in a timely and organized manner.Ensure that all relevant information is collected and provided to the service technicians.Arrange logistics for equipment into and out of the service departmentMaintain communication with customer during the work and ensure a perfect delivery of the completed jobRequired Skills
Our ideal candidate has some of the following skills:
Mechanical aptitude, including understanding of basic mechanical systemsFamiliarity with agriculture and large ag equipmentAbility to provide above average customer service on the phone and in personAbility to shift priorities and switch tasksOrganized, detail oriented, and great follow up skillsTyping 30 wpm+Familiar with computerized operations, Microsoft Office programs, able to learn new systemsAdaptable:
Demonstrated ability to continuously learn new things and apply new informationCurrent driver's license and clean abstract are requiredRequired Experience
High school completion, post secondary training would be an assetTechnical/mechanical qualifications would be an assetExcellent customer service and customer relationship skillsCheerful disposition, positive "can do" attitude, good public presentation1-3 years experience in a busy Service Center or Repair Shop would be an asset
