Stacey Danley at Aplin is excited to partner with our client, an award-winning construction company, to find a skilled Customer Service Coordinator. Located on the south side of Winnipeg, this role is a great fit for an administrative professional looking for their next opportunity. This is a full‑time permanent Monday to Friday position. Office hours are 8am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules between customers and external vendors
  • Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience at every interaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, positive, and customer‑focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate several computer programs simultaneously
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging customer situations with professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience or knowledge of residential construction is considered an asset but is not required
