Join the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, where you'll be the first line of support for Mandarin-speaking clients. Through your expertise in financial products, you will help clients manage their accounts and navigate banking transactions. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is key, as you'll staff multiple banking centers to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with everyday banking inquiries
• Connect clients with appropriate CIBC teams
• Leverage technology to enhance client banking experience
• Listen and address client concerns with empathy
• Ensure adherence to banking service standards
Requirements:
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in client service and problem resolution
• Ability to work at multiple locations
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings
