In this onsite position, you will serve as a key connection between the technical services and supply chain teams.
Your role will involve managing warranty returns and ensuring quality in customer service. A meticulous approach is vital as you'll undertake warranty inspections, credit processes, and thorough logistical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process warranty returns, ensuring documentation accuracy
• Allocate Returned Goods Authorization numbers for parts
• Manage warranty decisions and issue customer credits
• Track components returned to sub-suppliers diligently
• Conduct quality inspections and manage packaging if needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• One or more years of customer service experience necessary
• Knowledge of hydronic heating systems desirable
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred
