As a Travel Trainer, you will work under the Accessibility Coordinator to provide vital education and support, ensuring Manitobans effectively access Winnipeg Transit. You will develop training programs, create relevant materials, and engage with the community to improve relations and service reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training on accessing Transit services
• Create and present educational materials and demonstrations
• Conduct community outreach to promote Transit services
• Design comprehensive travel training programs
• Serve as the public face for Transit services
Requirements:
• Two years post-secondary education in a related field
• Manitoba Class5F driver’s license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Minimum three years customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and experience with social media
Make a meaningful impact on public access to transit services while strengthening community relationships.
