• Process payments and maintain cash out reports
• Update reservations software, ensuring data integrity

Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in customer service or reservations
• Knowledge of hospitality and sales practices
• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in booking software and Microsoft Teams
