Key Responsibilities:

• Administer client data gathering and paperwork preparation

• Execute client funds transfers through custodian systems

• Maintain the CRM with up-to-date client information

• Facilitate account transfers and status updates

• Serve as the main contact with custodians and tech teams

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required

• 5+ years in customer service preferred

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Strong ethics and confidentiality in client matters
