Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loans, and payments
• Balance cash drawer and transactions daily
• Resolve routine member account issues
• Cross-sell credit union products to members
• Participate in meetings and training initiatives
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in customer/member service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and act on sales opportunities
• Willingness to engage with the community
