Client Service Associate

Aplin is seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to support our client’s team in Winnipeg. You will prepare client account documentation, manage correspondence, and process transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. This position requires strong attention to detail while troubleshooting discrepancies and maintaining client records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and follow up on client account documentation
• Correspond with clients regarding inquiries and account matters
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and asset transfers accurately
• Reconcile accounts and resolve transaction discrepancies
• Maintain and update client databases and spreadsheets
Requirements:
• Related post-secondary education
• Administrative or client service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
