As a vital part of our team, the Customer Service Representative is tasked with providing outstanding service to customers and insurance partners. You will be responsible for scheduling repairs, managing documentation, and ensuring every interaction supports our WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, in person, and email

• Schedule vehicle repairs through the management system

• Process insurance assignments promptly

• Prepare and document repair orders accurately

• Maintain records of customer communications during repairs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma needed

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally automotive

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail with effective multitasking skills

• Valid driver’s license required
