Customer Service Representative Rosser, MB
What we are looking for
At Cosentino, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Rosser, MB who will work in a multinational environment and contribute to challenging projects.
What you will doAs a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver excellent service and act as a key liaison between our customers and the company by assisting with general inquiries regarding pricing, products, inventory availability, delivery schedules, order confirmations, invoicing, and collections.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by handling operative responsibilities.
- Process, monitor, and follow up on customer purchase orders.
- Provide effective service and administrative support, including material delivery information and order status updates.
- Communicate material lead times, product availability, and pricing in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Create invoices and correct them as necessary, and process material returns.
- Schedule showroom visits, lead material views, and reserve specific materials.
- Solve customer issues from order to delivery and manage customer account receivables.
- Provide customer support over phone, face‑to‑face, and email.
- Perform analysis in SAP as requested by management.
- Manage and maintain the showroom, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and placing marketing materials.
- Log daily visitors and events into Sales Force.
- Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock, and highlighting potential stock issues to help achieve sales targets.
- Other tasks as requested by the manager.

What you need to succeed Experience- 3+ years in customer service.
- 2+ years invoicing and order entry.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Computer literacy:
Outlook, Excel, Word. - Use of SAP, ERP, or order system.
- Excellent customer service skills with direct end‑customer interaction in a fast‑moving environment.
- Ability to multi‑task and work in an extremely fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional customer‑facing and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

The hourly range for this position is $23‑$26 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The position may also be eligible for a potential annual award based on performance.
