As a Facility Services Coordinator at BGIS, you'll be crucial in facilitating client interactions and ensuring seamless operations within the Operations Centre. This full-time role requires adept management of inbound service requests via multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution, and supporting over 20 clients across various sectors. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors professionally
• Manage incoming phone queries and work requests
• Assist internal teams with client requests
• Escort visitors and contractors as needed
• Oversee internal and external mail distribution
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Customer Service Center roles
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail in documentation
• Flexibility in responding to changing needs
