As a vital part of CPKC, North America’s premier transnational railroad, you will ensure smooth operations for Carload, Intermodal, and E-Business customers. This role demands a proactive approach to resolving shipments, billing issues, and providing clear communication. Your ability to manage customer expectations and build relationships is key to driving success in this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries on shipments and services
• Provide timely updates on status and service disruptions
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Investigate and resolve service issues effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for solutions
Requirements:
• 2 years experience in customer service
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in logistics or transportation preferred
