Directly reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Consultant plays a crucial role in Birchwood’s customer relations. You will efficiently schedule repairs while using industry-leading technology to communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle's needs. A collaborative attitude and a commitment to excellence will be vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule services and repairs efficiently
• Maintain clear communication with customers on repairs
• Use technology to facilitate customer understanding
• Oversee accurate documentation of work orders
• Prioritize a positive customer experience throughout the process
Requirements:
• Preferred prior experience in service consulting
• Focused on achieving high customer satisfaction levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
• Previous automotive service experience is a benefit
