Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide friendly customer service

• Handle documentation and manage filing systems effectively

• Process daily banking, payments, and mail accurately

• Order supplies and coordinate office operations seamlessly

• Proactively anticipate office needs and resolve issues

Requirements:

• A certificate in office administration or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of administrative processes needed

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications required

• Preferred customer service experience in similar settings
