A.S.P. is seeking diligent Baggage Cart Attendants committed to providing superior service at YWG Airport. Candidates will engage with passengers, assist with luggage, and help maintain a safe environment. A focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork is essential for this customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist passengers in both official languages
• Load and unload luggage for travelers
• Monitor safety around baggage handling areas
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the assigned areas
• Respond to inquiries about flight schedules and services
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in French and English, basic French required
• One year of customer service experience
• Physically able to lift 70 pounds regularly
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
