Customer Experience Representative

Elevate customer service at Enterprise Mobility as a Customer Experience Representative in Winnipeg. Deliver exceptional support to both internal and external customers at our 1965 Wellington Ave branch.

As a full-time Customer Experience Representative, you will engage face-to-face with customers, assisting with their rental needs while gaining valuable training and hands-on experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills to provide high levels of customer service through in-person interactions and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls for reservations and inquiries

• Provide in-person assistance and service at the branch

• Process vehicle returns and manage transactions efficiently

• Communicate rental terms and upsell optional products

• Clean and maintain vehicle condition as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred

• Valid Manitoba Class 5I or Class 5F license

• Ability to work specified schedules

• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
