Customer Service

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are excited to partner with our client on an immediate, ongoing customer service project in Winnipeg, with multiple full time positions available.

Compensation

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Deliver a positive, friendly, and solution-focused experience with every interaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Learn and stay current on products, services, and company procedures
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve service goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to one year of customer service or contact centre experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications while assisting customers
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
• Must be available to work onsite in Winnipeg
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Criminal background check is required
