As a Member Services Counsellor, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries about CAA memberships and travel-related services. You will engage with clients to provide essential information on routes, travel health insurance options, and more. By utilizing CAA's resources, you will facilitate a positive experience for both members and non-members alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel clients on membership and travel inquiries
• Provide travel advice and process reservations
• Sell relevant CAA memberships and products
• Execute transactions accurately through the SAP system
• Resolve member inquiries and issues promptly
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education in a related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with geography and travel routing
• Positive attitude towards CAA's initiatives
Use your skills to support CAA Club Group members in their travel needs.
