As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving. You will engage with customers via phone, email, SMS, and live chat, while providing order assistance and delivery support. This teamwork-oriented position requires strong organizational skills and knowledge of our products and systems.
