Access Credit Union is looking for a Member Service Expert to process customer transactions while fostering strong relationships. You will assist in resolving account issues and cross-selling products to enhance member satisfaction and retention. This role combines service excellence with community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process financial transactions and balance daily
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Cross-sell financial products based on member needs
• Participate in team initiatives and training effectively
• Act as a community ambassador for the credit union
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer service
• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Basic understanding of financial industry risk management
