Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient service on various financial service inquiries

• Process transactions while ensuring customer confidentiality

• Support credit applications and account reconciliations

• Validate prepaid card information and resolve inquiries

• Assist customers with tax return status during tax season

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer care experience

• Strong skills in Excel and Word environments

• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting preferred

• Ability to communicate professionally in French preferred

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy under pressure
