Located at our dealership on McGillivray Blvd, this role positions you as the initial point of contact for service customers. With at least 1-2 years of experience in service, you will help customers through every step, from symptom identification to check-in and pick-up. Your RV knowledge will enhance customer interactions and satisfaction, making it vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Listen to customers and identify service needs
• Explain warranty provisions and service contracts
• Create accurate estimates for service costs
• Keep customers informed of repair order processes
• Document service and maintenance records
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar role
• RV experience preferred
• Strong communication and service skills
• Valid G Drivers License necessary
• Must be available Saturdays and flexible hours
