E-commerce Personal Shopper Position

Location: Steinbach

Support customer shopping experiences at Real Canadian Superstore as an E-commerce Personal Shopper. This role focuses on order fulfillment with accuracy and a client-first approach.

In this role, you'll ensure customers receive the finest products through effective shopping practices. Your enthusiasm for improving customer satisfaction and your capability to adapt in a busy setting will shine here. No prior experience is needed, and full training is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service during shopping

• Accurately fill customer orders with high-quality products

• Effectively scan items and process customer payments

• Reach out to customers regarding product substitutes

• Keep the workspace organized and welcoming

Requirements:

• Availability for flexible work hours, including nights

• Comfortable lifting items up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Training provided for all new hires

• Must be at least 18 years old for background verification
