Join Taymax Group as a Member Services Representative, responsible for front desk operations and supporting member inquiries. You will assist new and prospective members while ensuring a welcoming environment in the Judgement Free Zone. This engaging role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and a positive attitude toward fitness and health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and guests for a warm welcome
• Handle front desk activities, including phone inquiries
• Check in members and provide club tours
• Facilitate account updates and new member sign-ups
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
