Provide exceptional service as a bilingual Service Centre Representative for Manitoba Public Insurance. Engage with customers in both English and French, assisting with a variety of MPI products and services.
In this role, you are responsible for delivering in-person customer support for Manitoba Public Insurance. This involves issuing and renewing driver’s licenses, handling claims, and selling vehicle safety supplies. The position demands strong communication skills in both official languages and three years of customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue and renew driver’s licenses accurately
• Schedule and collect fees for testing appointments
• Communicate license requirements and suspensions
• Provide assistance during motorcycle road tests
• Scan and upload claims documents effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of customer service experience
• Background in MPI products is an asset
• Valid driver’s license required
• Intermediate French communication skills
