Elevate the customer experience as a Full-Time Guest Service Representative at Homes Alive Pets in Winnipeg, MB. Provide pet care knowledge and friendly service while operating the cash register.
At Homes Alive Pets, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and their pets. As a Guest Service Representative, your role is integral to creating a positive shopping environment through excellent communication and a passion for pet care. You'll maintain an organized store and assist while ensuring guests feel welcome in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers by identifying their immediate needs
• Operate cash registers and manage cash transactions
• Maintain stock, cleanliness, and presentation of the store
• Assist colleagues and engage in teamwork initiatives
• Follow checklists for routine tasks and inventory accuracy
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of pet nutrition and needs
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
• Positive attitude and resilience in high-stress situations
