Elevate client experiences as a Client Onboarding Specialist with iQmetrix in a hybrid work model. Guide clients through onboarding and ensure they are equipped for long-term success.
In this role, you will manage the onboarding and adoption experience for clients of Intelligent Commerce Retail Experience. You’ll leverage your skills in training, problem-solving, and communication to build strong relationships with clients and ensure they successfully utilize their new tools. Working collaboratively with various teams, your focus will be on a seamless transition to optimized operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate structured client onboarding plans
• Deliver training sessions tailored to client needs
• Ensure alignment with Account Managers on goals
• Monitor usage and implement follow-up plans
• Improve onboarding processes with cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
• 5+ years in onboarding, implementation, or customer success
• Experience in training non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Attention to detail and proactive follow-through
