Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in both French and English
Assist customers with questions related to products, services, and processes
Address customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions
Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
Qualifications
Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months plusof customer service, retail, hospitality or contact experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
Responsabilités:
Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel et clavardage, en français et en anglais
Aider les clients avec des questions liées aux produits, services et processus
Traiter les préoccupations des clients et offrir des solutions rapides et efficaces
Offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel, courtois et compétent
Qualifications:
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit), avec d’excellentes aptitudes en communication
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
Minimum de six (6) mois d’expérience en service à la clientèle, vente au détail, hôtellerie/restauration ou centre de contact
Solides compétences en communication, résolution de problèmes et écoute active
