In this role, you will support customer success across a shared portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve multiple customers within a shared portfolio
• Deliver onboarding and renewal touchpoints proactively
• Build credibility with new stakeholders
• Guide clients in implementation and optimization
• Document customer interactions thoroughly
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in Customer Success or similar role
• Technical aptitude in networking and B2B SaaS
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proactive and accountable mindset
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools
