Position: Brimacombe Guest Services Staff Needed
Join Brimacombe's Guest Services team as a seasonal member in Orono, Ontario, and turn visits into unforgettable winter adventures. Provide exceptional customer support while promoting winter activities.

We're seeking outgoing and dependable team members for part-time and full-time roles 'll play an essential role in delivering superior service while assisting guests with their inquiries about skiing, snowboarding, and other services. Take part in our mission of creating a welcoming environment for all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests actively

• Provide information on Brimacombe's offerings

• Deliver outstanding customer service experiences

• Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction

• Process sales of rentals, tickets, and food service

Requirements:

• Must be at least 14 years old

• Customer-oriented and proactive mindset

• Professional, energetic, and team-focused

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Familiar with basic computer and point-of-sale systems
