Join HERD’s customer service team at our Winnipeg headquarters. As a bilingual representative, you'll be the initial point of contact for customers, providing tailored advice and resolving inquiries. In addition to customer interaction, you will manage data entry for quotes and orders while participating in structured training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
• Provide tailored product advice and solutions
• Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently
• Conduct data entry for quotes, orders, and cases
• Assist in promoting HERD’s products and services
Requirements:
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or French preferred
• Experience in a busy sales environment
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Ability to learn and articulate product details
• Previous experience in trucking or automotive industry preferred
