As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager on an 18-month contract, you'll engage deeply with a varied customer portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base
Requirements:
• Experience in advocating for customers at an executive level
• Successful track record of customer growth initiatives
• Strong collaboration abilities across departments
• Familiarity with SaaS products in technology
• Proven aptitude for data-driven insights and recommendations
