Use bilingual communication and public speaking as a Student Boutique Tour Guide with the Royal Canadian Mint in Winnipeg. Welcome visitors worldwide.
As part of the Boutique team, you will learn about tourism while engaging in public speaking, problem solving, and team collaboration. You will help create a unique visitor experience and contribute to a positive environment where mental health is prioritized. The position involves representing the Mint and Winnipeg for guests from different cultures.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer guided tours in English and French
- Represent the Mint and City of Winnipeg
- Assist customers in the boutique
- Welcome guests from varied backgrounds and cultures
- Handle tour and reservation operations
- Enrolled in accredited post-secondary education
- Returning to full-time studies in January 2027
- Fluent in English and French
- Legally eligible to work in Manitoba
- Willing to develop public speaking skills
